Do I have to ship through Cougar Metropolis?
No. You ship from your own warehouse using your own carrier. We can offer prepaid label generation as an opt-in convenience, but you stay in control.
Can vendors set their own retail price for my pieces?
Yes. You set the wholesale price + a suggested retail; the carrying vendor decides the final retail. Your wholesale revenue is unchanged regardless.
What about returns and disputes?
We hold all customer disputes and chargebacks. For physical returns, the customer ships to a marketplace returns hub; we then route restocks back to you in batched shipments.
How fast do payouts hit my account?
Stripe Connect schedules a payout every Monday for the previous week's cleared sales (sale + 7 day return window). Most banks credit the funds within 1 business day of Stripe initiating the transfer.
Can I be both a vendor and a wholesale supplier?
Yes. Many partners run their own storefront and also list a subset of their catalogue wholesale. Each role uses its own dashboard and ledger; commissions don't double up.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ. Orders flow as customers buy from carrying boutiques. You can opt into MOQs per-piece if you'd rather batch shipments.
